Delete my data

To delete your account and data, follow these steps.

1. From the email address you signed up with, send a “Delete my data” request to chloe.heydayii@gmail.com.
2. We’ll verify it’s you, process the request within 30 days, and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Account information
• Your letters (text or audio file) and asset hints
• Recipient details
• Check-in history and device token

Once deletion is complete, no letter will be delivered. Google Play purchase records are held by Google and can’t be deleted by us.
